I have been using this since 2011, it helps lower down the cholesterol level and also blood sugar control. Once a day, you just need to 2 tablespoon of apple cider diluted in a glass of water and add honey because the taste isn’t pleasant at all lol. Not recommended definitely for those with acid reflux.

Awesome read! Yes, I have fallen in love with ACV, from my hair to even daily consumption. When I feel sick, right away I mix 2 ounce of water, 2tbsp of ACV, warm it up then add 1tbsp of raw honey with 1tsp of turmeric. Amazing! Love your site! Keep up the great work!

I love apple cider vinegar! I use it on my skin all the time to prevent and help acne, and avoid skin conditions that sometimes result from staph or ringworm. I also use apple cider as a digestive aid by taking 2 teaspoons in a small glass of water, both morning and evening. Salad dressings are a great way to incorporate this great product in to your daily life 🙂
